Our laundry services are provided and charged on a per-bag basis. For the best tumble experience, please ensure that the laundry given to us (up to 15 kg per bag) does not exceed the full capacity of your indicated number of bags.
For example, a customer orders one X-Large bag order and provides us with 15kg worth of laundry load. While an X-large bag is able to hold up to 15kg, the laundry load provided exceeds the full capacity of the bag and the excess laundry would be charged.

Service Overview
Our Wash & Fold service is a convenient and cost-effective way to get your laundry done. Simply pass us your dirty clothes, and we'll take care of the rest. Your clothes will be washed, dried, and neatly folded, ready for you to put away. This service is perfect for busy individuals and families who don't have the time or energy to do their own laundry.
Suitable For
Everyday laundry items that can be machine washed and tumble dried. Some popular items include t-shirts, trousers, shorts and undergarments.
Do not include
Items that are not suitable for machine washing or tumble drying, such as dry-clean only laundry or bath mats, or any shoes.
How you’ll receive the items back
We will return your clean laundry neatly folded in a plastic bag, and packed into a clean tumble laundry bag.
How to prepare for collection
Our laundry services are provided on a per-bag basis. Depending on your chosen bag size, our laundry bags can hold up to 15 kg of laundry by weight or size. Denim items are heavier and take up less space, while fluffy items like down jackets are less dense and take up more space. If your laundry requires colour separation, please place an order for two bags and separate your items prior to collection.
For first-time users, please prepare all items beforehand in your own bags for seamless pick-up by our Tumblers. For returning users, please prepare all items beforehand in our Tumble laundry bags.

Suitable For
Household items that can be machine washed and tumble dried. Some popular items include bedsheets, pillow cases, blankets and curtains.
Do not include
Items that are not suitable for machine washing or tumble drying, such as rugs, floor mats and carpets. Items that include rubber or rubber-like material should also be avoided.
