We’re laundry people at heart and do not outsource our laundry service to third-party providers. As such, we can avoid markups to provide you with a convenient and affordable laundry service for the whole family.

How long will the whole process take?

For our Wash & Fold service, our guarantee is to collect, wash and deliver your clean clothes within 48 hours.

For our Laundry & Dry Cleaning service, our guarantee is to collect, clean and deliver your freshly laundered clothes within 5 working days.

Kindly note that turnaround time may be extended during peak season (eg. Christmas, Chinese New Year etc).

How do I request a pickup?

Visit https://www.tumble.sg/schedule to request a laundry service pickup and delivery. Our operation hours are from 8:30am to 6:00pm (Mon to Fri) and 08:30am to 2:00pm (Sat). We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Where are my clothes washed?

Your clothes will be washed by our Tumblers at our dedicated laundry facilities.

How does the pickup and delivery process work?

The pickup and delivery process typically involves scheduling a pickup and delivery time with the laundry service. Our driver will be sent to your address to collect your laundry at the designated time slot. Once the laundry has been cleaned and processed, it will be delivered back to you at the agreed-upon date & time slot.

Can I specify a pickup and delivery time?

Our pickup and delivery options are based on a daily 4-hour time slot. Your laundry will be picked up or delivered within this window.

Can I schedule a recurring pickup and delivery service?

Yes, after selecting your laundry service date & time, you are able to request recurring pickups and deliveries on a regular basis, such as weekly, biweekly or monthly.

What are the payment options?

Payment for our laundry services can be made online using a variety of payment methods such as credit/debit card or PayNow. All payments are processed through our payment processor, Stripe, and we will not store any of your payment details in our system.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

Yes, you are able to cancel or modify your order before collection. If you require any assistance, please reach out to our Support team.

What happens if I am not home when you collect or deliver my laundry?

If you are not home when the collection or delivery is attempted, our drivers may pick up or leave your laundry in a designated secure location, whenever possible. Alternatively, you may also reschedule the collection or delivery to another day when you can make it.

Wash & Fold
What types of laundry is suitable for our Wash & Fold laundry service?

Our Wash & Fold laundry service is perfect for home and bedding essentials like bedsheets, pillowcases, cushions and sofa seat covers. It's also great for everyday items like t-shirts, shorts, undergarments, and towels. However, please note that curtains are not suitable for this service.

Do you offer stain removal services?

Our Wash & Fold service focuses on delivering fast and quality cleaning for your everyday wear, home, and bedding essentials, processed on a per-bag basis. For stain removal and special attention to individual garments, please refer to our Laundry & Dry Cleaning service.

Are laundry bags provided?

Our Tumble laundry bags will be provided after your first wash with us. For your first wash, use any disposable bag you have to pack your clothes.

How long does the Wash & Fold service take?

We offer a super quick turnaround of 48 hours to collect, clean and deliver your laundry.

How is my laundry washed for?

All Wash & Fold laundry will be individually washed on a per-bag basis. Each bag will undergo a cold wash cycle and a full drying cycle. Detergent and softener are provided for all washes.

What if something is missing or damaged when I receive my laundry?

We will provide our utmost attention to all laundry under our care and they will be cleaned accordingly to our standard Wash & Fold procedures. For damages related to regular wear and tear, we will not be liable in such instances and will not provide any compensation. These instances include shrinkage, fading, thinning, holes & tears, and more. In the situation where your laundry is missing or damaged, please reach out to us. All claims will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with our Terms & Conditions. Compensation for missing or damaged items will be limited to a maximum of the charge for the laundry service.

Laundry & Dry Cleaning
Do you provide dismantling and installation services for curtains?

Yes, we provide these services all year round! However, we may temporarily halt these services during peak seasons (eg. weeks leading to Chinese New Year, Christmas). You may refer to our price guide to understand more about our pricing. Do note that we do not take in rubber-backed blackout curtains and roman blinds for cleaning/washing.

Will you be able to remove all the stains from my laundry?

You can inform our delivery representative, at the point of collection, of any specific stains that you would like us to remove. Our dedicated laundry team will examine the stain and apply the most suitable laundry method to remove the stains thoroughly. However, complete removal of stains may not always be possible.

Is there a minimum order amount?

There is no minimum order amount for our Laundry & Dry Cleaning service! However, we offer free pick-up and delivery services for orders above $50 (per service address). For orders below $50, a transportation fee of $10 will be charged.

I have just received my cleaned laundry. However, I’m not satisfied with results. Is there anything you can do for me?

We always strive to provide the best service to our customers. However, in the unlikely event of a dissatisfied order, you may highlight this concern to our delivery team at the point of delivery. We recommend all our customers to check the items immediately upon delivery. Otherwise, a transport fee may be applied on requests to pick-up/return unsatisfactory or missing items within 48 hours after delivery has been made. Any claims made after 48 hours upon delivery will not be valid.
