Why is your service so affordable?

We’re laundry people at heart and do not outsource our laundry service to third-party providers. As such, we can avoid markups to provide you with a convenient and affordable laundry service for the whole family.

How do I request a pickup?

Visit https://www.tumble.sg/schedule to request a laundry service pickup and delivery. Our operation hours are from 8:30am to 5:30pm (Mon to Fri) and 08:30am to 12:30pm (Sat). We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

How long will the whole process take?

For our Clean & Iron and Curtain Cleaning service, we collect, clean and deliver your freshly laundered clothes within 5 working days.

For our Load Wash under our Subscription Plan, our guarantee is to collect, wash and deliver your clean clothes within 48 hours (2 working days).

Kindly note that turnaround time may be extended during peak season (eg. Christmas, Chinese New Year etc).
