We’ve been doing this since 2009 and treat every garment like it’s our own. On the rare occasion something goes wrong, we cover up to 10x the wash fee per item, no questions.
Subscriptions save 15-30% vs one-off and are best if you laundry weekly or fortnightly. For ad-hoc big loads (duvets, curtains) a one-off makes more sense.
